Love your channel man, just subscribed. It's cool that you live in/near Chicago, I grew up in that area. A few years ago I did a full marathon with 100 lbs in about 8 hrs and 19 min. It's a challenge you might want to consider taking on. I think the world record is about 6 hrs and 14 minutes. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qKLRlaqGpNOlo8ksi=qX-869NPzaav2oMb

I really like this video and I appreciate, that you get some special coaching. Ohio BU will be everyone's last chance to qualify for the US team, who wants to but hasn't done yet. So I expect this race to be extremely competitive and the race to go far beyond the 50something of previous years. Maybe Ryan and Keith don't feel save and Chris, Cody and Bo will give it a final try.

I'm not sure, that you choose the right tactic. As far as I know, you will need 60+ yards to be part of the US team. So it seems to be more sensible to push your competitors rather than to break them.

I literally have a video on my channel of me running for 68.5 hours with only one 90 minute nap during that time frame. It looks easy because it was easy, do your research before you leave an uneducated comment like this on my KZbin.
