yes, won’t take the reds if I feel I can’t or if it’s too unsafe.. but yes we do take reds.! Makes the rides way more enjoyable in my opinion

I’m only using a GoPro10, just got a max lens mod on it, so that helps way more with video quality.

I hated track drops when I first started using them but keep riding them and you will see that its the most efficient way to ride a track bike! get some cloth wrap! I'd also raise your stem a little higher too.
