I hated track drops when I first started using them but keep riding them and you will see that its the most efficient way to ride a track bike! get some cloth wrap! I'd also raise your stem a little higher too.

I’m only using a GoPro10, just got a max lens mod on it, so that helps way more with video quality.

What is the temperature where you live. It's 20 degrees and we have 6 inches of snow here in Ohio. It's not great fixie weather.
