Things I’ve learnt so far; 1. Create a timetable for the next 6 weeks or however long ( for me 4 months) and separate how much I expect to be done example Febuary could be my research and reading log month ( the first two months) 2. As I read ensure that I check the other things that have been sourced in that paper ( to see if there’s any extra words or points that help another subheading in mine, example qualitative methods, interviews social support etc 3. Have a plan! Jot down reading logs vs reading lists! Still listening but as I’m doing psychology ours is a little different 🥹🥹 Gods Blessings to you Queen you have really helped us 🙏🏾

How you finished with a 1st is unreal. I just did my 1st year resit for one module 😭 I know my poor mental health and bad experiences at the time made me unable to perform my best- but I still felt ashamed failing one module (by 3%🥲). I’ve started like 1/3 of my thesis and found this. Oh you’re so organized! This would be like the ideal way to process my thesis if I know this from the beginning. But it would be a bit scary to just read and take note and plan in the first several months and leave the writing until the last period. since the scale is like 5 times of dissertation. Or maybe it could work? 🤔

Why isn't it possible to achieve 100% grade with university work? Even if everything is perfect, how can you possibly improve. It's a broken grading system.

I’ve never had 90% but usually get 65 to 85 percent, I generally think the reason most student never achieve extremely high marks is because we tend to leave things to last minute and we don’t have the time to finesse. Gramma, referencing, amount of reading done etc. I’m doing my MSc in Marketing and it’s very hard to even get 80% all the exemplar essays seem to cap at 75%, they often have great, original ideas and concepts but have silly mistakes throughout it
