Thanks for the video my wife and i will be checking this park and also the b-52 bomber park out in october, as were arriving in orlando on a friday and cant get our rental car till saturday. So we will be hanging around the airport area for half a day and one night.

How is 3x the rent calculated? I understand that it's 3x the amount. That's just simple maths. What i done understand: is that proven by AVERAGING the last 3 paycheck stubs or by actually providing 3 months worth of Paystubs? (Showing 6 checks) i have been making quite a bit but just switched to part time seeing as I'm back in school. Just found out I'll need to move and I'm afraid my most recent check is going to mess up my average. Please advise me how exactly the calculation is made. Thank you!!

You are absolutely right. There are also market based non income based tax credit properties which require you to make uner $44,000 to get in but after in can earn up to $138,000 . Theses are great programs . Do not need to make 3 times rent.
