Make sure you get it in writing that you will make payments. You don't want to leave just with a verbal agreement because when you apply for another apartment they will do rental verification so make sure you have everything in writing. Did you give a proper noticed? - Madeline

Hello, so i checked my credit reports and i dont see anything tegarding any judgments with properties even though i know i have i thats trying to garnish. How do i find what the properties are seeing so i can try and settle this matter. Thankyou

Just call the apartment you like and ask to speak with a manager. Be honest with them and let them know exactly what you have, tell them I am calling so I don't waste your time nor mine and if you find a good manager she will let you know up front what they look for. Many of them would say each case is different, I won't make them work a little they can call the head office and find out. - Madeline

I dont have Credit, I have good rentals history though. Do I need credit to get into a studio in Orlando? Im planning on opening up my first credit card once im in Florida.

Hi, yes all apartments do a credit check and background check. Getting a secure credit will work too. -Madeline

This was one of the least helpful videos. What if you don't have the money to pay off an old apartment??? It can't just be as simple as paying off your balance not everybody has the money to do that
