I’ve only lost 15 lbs in 3 months , slow going , but 20 to go , and I will get there ..at 60 I will get ripped lol! I took up piano a year ago ! Self taught , level 2 now , and sight reading pretty well ,.. it’s never too late

Weight loss in my opinion is one of those things that is better done slowly. Slowly could mean you're making sure you're losing weight and still getting a healthy amount of necessary nutrients in your body. It also minimises muscle loss which is always good. You are on the right path! Keep it up neighbour.

Who is losing 5 pounds a week? I am eating a clean, calorie deficit diet and working out 1.5 to 2 hours 5 to 6 days a week and only lose 1 to 2 pounds a week. What the heck is he doing?

he ate 700 calories per day strict diet. Even me, i lost 5 pounds every week for 3 4 weeks. which in my opinion is not healthy. ur weight loss is healthy 2 pound per week is a good pace. It means u retain ur muscle. losing 5 to 6 pounds a week. meaning a pound of it is ur muscle. So keep going dont quit, u all good🤜🤛

If you have a lot of weight to lose you will lose weight much quicker than if your closer to your goal. The lower you body fat percentage goes the slower and more difficult weight loss is but very much can be done.

He had to loose the weight fast to become a navy seal from working as an overweight pest control employee. I read his book about his life and this man is insane 😮 be happy even if you don’t loose any weight in a week. Your body is changing and gaining muscle. I like to always base my success with how my cloths fit or how I feel. I stopped weighing myself because I would be upset if I didn’t get there fast enough. Speaking out of 10 years experience of loosing weight and changing my life
