The absent owners then gave the keys to Raoul Sanlleih who joined the same time as Emery.. a very crooked director(he had done the dirty deal at Barcelona when buying Neymar.. paying Neymar's family $ 40 Million.. besides the transfer fee..) Emery could see the corruption surrounding Nicolas Pepe.. but couldn't tell the owners.. backhanders.. for other transfers.. buying players Emery did not want nor need.. In essence he DID NOT FAIL AT ARSENAL..

Wednesday away commonly cited as some of the best fans in the country by supporters of other clubs. The current home attendance / atmosphere is atrocious, boring and a really quite souless experience. Something needs to be done ASAP. Charging fans 36 off quid doesn't help as does not winning at home for 7 games or something. The stadium is also getting very very tired. Tuesday night games unless against a local rival etc is painful and morgue like. Such as a shame as about 25 years ago Hillsborough was a fantastic experience.

Never heard anyone end a sentence with ”like you mean?” before. English isnt my first language so someone plx explain what hes saying, any synonyms for this expression?

As an Englishman I haven't heard it either. I don't think it's a west midlands/Bolton regional thing, probably just a unique idiosyncracy he's picked up, although I may be wrong. I think it's the same as "you know?" though, like you can put that in the middle or end of many sentences and it just works - a "discourse marker" - if you replace his "like you mean" with "you know?" it has the same effect
