I'd be interested in that alternator bracket. I've been looking at a mount that negates the need to modify the cowling.

Where did you get your flap switch? First build I've see with one of those and that looks so much more appealing than a rocker.

Hey Ben, I prefer a rotary switch which indicates the flap position. I CNC machined the knob in Aluminium with 1mm carbon fibre inserts.

FYI you’ll get more speed and burn less fuel at 5400 rpm’s. Airmaster has set up the prop incorrectly to 5000 for cruise. Same issue I had with mine and the factory who built my airplane recalibrated my cruise settting to 5400. Less harmonic buzz at 5400 as well. It’s simple and easy to experiment in “hold” mode and see for yourself.

We flew from Brisbane to a small outback town called Narromine. My plane uses a Rotax engine. 4 stroke Fuel Injected and Turbocharged.
