It’ll change your life Craig! Jenna has taken to flying like a duck to water. She’s taken over the adventure planning too. I’m sure your wife will enjoy your adventure once you guys get into it. How’s your aircraft coming on? I saw the maiden flight. WELL DONE!

Cool views. Buy a cheap tascam audio recorder, then if go pro let's you down you can lift the sound from the tascam. You can easily visually sync up the audio track in your video editor.

I like the look of the instrument panel labels. Could you explain the process for creating the labels?
@3blades4764 жыл бұрын
Hey Daniel. The panel is CNC routed carbon fibre. I then printed the text on with a UV flat bed printer. It was tricky getting the printed text to stick to the carbon so I sprayed a clear layer over everything.
@geoffdrewer19784 жыл бұрын
I noticed that you turned off the a/c for take off. How long before the power demands reduce enough to turn it back on?
@3blades4764 жыл бұрын
I turn it off as a precaution. I’ve taken off with the AC on and noticed a slight drop in take-off performance. I normally turn it back on at 1000ft
@geoffdrewer19784 жыл бұрын
@@3blades476 I noticed your comment on the Byron trip (3 passengers & less fuel) that you didn't need to turn the A/C off. So I guess it's only an issue when fully loaded and you want every kW possible getting you off the ground quickly. I must say I do the same thing in my car for certain hills etc :) as it's the difference between getting up the hill in top gear vs downshifting.
@gabrielchartrand63423 жыл бұрын
Is that roof panel available to purchase, or was it a one off piece you got made?
