To be honest schools that offer a very good funding for undergrad programs hardly waive their SAT or ACT score. Please have this in mind though it depends on the program one is going for as well

You are welcome. There are many schools at the US and Canada that waive application, ielts and test scores but they doesn't offer good full ride scholarship. So give your application good stand and stress free consider writing sat or Act or pay application fee in those schools that doesn't require test scores. Sending an email to the school before applying is also ideal to avoid waste of resources. We must be honest getting fully funded scholarship is a competition and the application material must stand out

Once again there has been Scholarships that are only for New Zealand Citizens or Permanent Residents highlighted. Also Scholarships for only New Zealand Maori or Pasifika students. Please check all requirements. Most Scholarships are for students that have studied at High School in New Zealand or are from overseas and have completed schooling in New Zealand. Foreign Students are required to pay their tuition Fees for the year and have at least $20,000 NZ for living expenses. Proof of funds and English Language skills are needed. Some courses may not be open to Foreign Students.

In terms of English proficiency, if you studied in an English-speaking country you only need to show a letter from your institution saying that the language of instruction was English. Make sure you contact the admission office before applying. Even in the video, I mentioned that undergraduate and Master's are partially funded, it is the PhD that is funded+stipend of 29000+.

The first set of Scholarships you showed were for New Zealand citizens or Permanent Residents. You also so needed to be of Maori or Pasifika descent. You have to prove you have English language skills IELTS at lest 5.5 but 6.0 is preferred. Your need to pay your tuition fee for University approx NZ$20,000 to $30,000 a year plus have funds to support yourself at least $20,000NZ.

Please contact the admission office before applying. The IELTS is waived if you meet the requirements of studying in an English-instructed school with a letter prove.

The school has an application fee waiver but it is not automatic. You have to request it and they will give you the waiver code so you can apply for a free

Then you don't need ielts to study at Lincoln, you only need a letter from your School saying that @Mr Mohammed Yousuf has been taught and instructed in English and they will sign. With this, the option of writing ielts will be waived.

Memory University chargers a non refundable application fee of CD120 for international students but you can request for a waiver by attending their online open house meeting. For the application period; it opens all the year because they accept applications on spring, summer and fall semester depending on the course you intend to study.
