The first set of Scholarships you showed were for New Zealand citizens or Permanent Residents. You also so needed to be of Maori or Pasifika descent. You have to prove you have English language skills IELTS at lest 5.5 but 6.0 is preferred. Your need to pay your tuition fee for University approx NZ$20,000 to $30,000 a year plus have funds to support yourself at least $20,000NZ.

Please contact the admission office before applying. The IELTS is waived if you meet the requirements of studying in an English-instructed school with a letter prove.

No bro you don't need to study at Lincoln University as much as you did in your undergraduate or high school at an English specifically country

Then you don't need ielts to study at Lincoln, you only need a letter from your School saying that @Mr Mohammed Yousuf has been taught and instructed in English and they will sign. With this, the option of writing ielts will be waived.
