hello there .. guys don't waste your time and money ..this controller not working properly...at least with a Logic Pro 11 couldn't set up at all. tried everything. firmware upgrade. switching different mode (user define ) midi map customization. looks good but totally useless

If you're having trouble setting it up, however, please contact support.iconproaudio.com for help with troubleshooting. With this older device, it could be an operating system issue or something else. But we're here to help if you need us.

What's the point of having a fader if I can only use it on the bottom 6 tracks, and clicking the "FOCUS" button I can move my faders with the jog-wheel... but I wanted to use the faders. Come on guys! That's the reason I bought it. Wanted a tactile thing that didn't buy into my wallet, but what else would I expect. Even bought the additional 8 mini-display rack. Would have looked absolutely charming on my crowded table.

I only get 6 channels for the fader to work. Additional 8 tracks, making it 14, the fader does not react. And it only reacts to the bottom 6 tracks in the arrangement. This is not good. On Mac with Cubase 14.

The problem is XS stereo panning. The lit PAN button is not linked to XS units... So no edit stereo panning in XS extenders modules... have you a solution? Many thanks

There are some limitations to the HUI protocol and therefore much of the functionality on the main unit is not available on the extenders.

Can you use the three DAW modes to switch between DAW and instrument controls, notably the fader as an expression control (CC11) for instance?

Yes, you can. Absolutely. It's got to be on one of the DAW profiles, but you can program most of your buttons, knobs and faders for MIDI CC expression control.

my Nano P1 (precessor model) suddenly (after a while of not using it) isn't recognized by my Windows 11 PC anymore...when I connect it, almost all knobs and buttons are permanently lit (looks like a modul of an Airbus cockpit). Maybe that's the "christmas tree " = end of life mode?🙂I've read on your website that there are 2 kind of firmwares: 1. functionallity in DAWs (user firmware) 2. usb connectivity (service/support case)

Master Volume LEDs are not works on v1-m in Cubase I< and >I doesn't work in Cubase Colors not shown - bad work - have to switch banks - doesn't go automatically to switch - I buy it today, but I will send it back - no more icon

Why does every interface maker miss making insert points between the preamp and the AD converters!? It’s so frustrating! Can’t be that hard or space sucking to allow the option of coming out of the preamp into outboard before hitting converters…

Actually, This does. Input on the back three and four bypass preamp and goes straight to the converters. Look again at the rear. I’ve got a piece of outboard gear going into channel 4 that I use Cranbourne EC 1. I don’t know why icon Pro didn’t know the answer to this, but it’s actually YES !!! This was actually a stipulation for me buying this unit. Look again, @iconProaudio.

Hey guys, I have the 37 key version and the transpose buttons don't transpose up or down by a full 12 semitones. I also can't fin info on this anywhere online. I like to record in a particular key as it's easier for me to ply but simply transpose the midi controller to the relevant key. This one just won't transpose far enough?! Thanks in advance for any help or info

What if I want to use it with 2 extenders for 24 channels of fader automation? Is that the maximum or we can also expect 32ch, 40ch, 48ch+ functionality as well?

Currently FL Studio's script only supports a single extender. There are some 3rd Party developers who have been working on a more comprehensive FL Studio script, but this hasn't been completed yet. This is in the future like Justin mentions for the track colors.
