0:45 -- Me neither. BTW, a remake of this song is used in Super Mario Galaxy 2's Hightail Falls Galaxy. 1:47 -- Nice gravity! 1:57 -- There's that reference again! But seriously, this level is putting me to sleep. 😴 2:13 -- In case anyone's wondering, primo (pronounced "PREE-moh") means "of top quality or importance." It also comes from Italian meaning "first". 2:43 -- Finally, some more diversity! 3:02 -- HARRIET TUBMAN UP! 3:13 -- Oh, now I get it! Green blocks that rotate clockwise/counterclockwise (to the right/left at the top) zip you to the right/left, respectively. 3:41 -- This level is so boring, I rate it five stars. (When awful turns into awfully good.) 3:53 -- That's a relief! 4:01 -- I'm not sure if "much" before "boring" is needed, unless "boring waiting around" is used as an uncountable noun. Also, I just checked the results, and your entry placed ninth (with a three-way tie; Cirno would be proud). Congratulations! 👏

(2:47) Wow, really? Even though you must go here to open the cannon and get star 6? Oops, I forgot to mention that about the purple "!"s. So, when I got Hanyuu to work with the Character Select mod, I didn't have a proper lives icon for her, so I just borrowed the files for the "!" that was used in the Blue Archive character packs at the time (the Blue Archive packs have since been updated to show the actual character icons). And, when I started using Hanyuu on version 1.0.1, the original DynOS version of her had her voice lines error out very quickly, but the one I got to work with the Character Select mod has her voice function just fine, so that's what I'm using here, which is why the lives icon is changed in the first place, as the original DynOS version didn't do that. (If I can figure out how to get an actual Hanyuu face for the lives icon, that would be great, but I'm not sure how to go about doing that.)

@SomeGuy712x
@SomeGuy712x 12 күн бұрын
(3:46) Yeah. I was trying to figure out how to word stuff there so it would all fit in one annotation. And yes, it does indeed work like that in SM64 Co-op DX as well. Flandre and I just played a level in a different hack last night that let you farm coins super easily, because certain circumstances led to all normal coins and enemies in the main area respawning, without resetting our coin count. Then, collecting a star with something like 300 coins set our high score to 100, because in SM64 Co-op DX, when you have the 100-coin star, if your high score would've somehow been less than that (some hacks, including this one, only require 80 coins instead for that star, for example), then it sets your high score to 100 instead. (6:05) I have no idea. (7:11) Yeah, the Amps in this hack were resprited to look like Weegee's head, and there's actually a whole level based on Weegee too.

@Description: By your "it's spelled that way in her debut game so it must be true!" logic, Mokou's surname is spelled '*H*u*z*iwara' and you're wrong if you say otherwise. I also wanna point out that in a prior discussion with you, you said that you prefer to refer to Shinmyoumaru by her surname, Sukuna, because it's easier to say, yet you're adamant that Eiki's name is this Frakenstein's monster thing despite it being longer and harder to type. At least be consistent and settle on just calling her 'Shiki' if you insist on her name being that garglemesh. (i will fight you if you claim her surname is yamaxanadu) Anyways, to me, the first icon looks a bit like either Hina (with her ribbons cut off by the icon frame) or Mystia. Meanwhile, the icon you think is Rumia resembles Shizuha to me.

0:55 Yeah, which made the #define variation customized options not work properly. 1:18, 3:50 Yep, Yoshi and the Bongo are using the SMW piano sample in place instead due to the EMPTY.brr skipping. 4:42 Whoa, I saw the wings briefly vanish for a few frames. 6:28 As for mine... 6:44 And I also cannot believe that I tried so hard to make my level not breakable or have so rigid expectations to the point of accidentally making it feel annoyingly impossible to the judges. 6:54 That was also the straightest spin bounce ever. 8:04 Yep, it's more noticeable in ZSNES with New GFX Engine off I believe. 8:59 We did learn a lesson from that in the end. 9:06 I think he said in a post he could wait for your V1.4. 0:40 Is this some kinda creepypasta? 1:01 Remember that ancient Kumikyoku Nico Nico Douga automatic level? (Heck, when I loaded this hack in Lunar Magic to confirm something, I saw the original Alice Margatroid line art outside the visible area here.) 1:23 Seems like the lag here is partially ZSNES's fault - I just tested this in BSNES, and it lagged a bit, though not as much as in this video (though it might also be my imagination). 1:58 What's with Mario's momentum here? 2:31 And apparently it won't necessarily make the blocks disappear, too. 3:32 And the cursed rhythm is even more cursed thanks to ZSNES. 11:37 Actually, the only custom ASM allowed in this contest was teleport blocks. 0:37 -- And history repeats itself. 1:10 -- Does that annotation look familiar? 1:43 -- "Tick." Graze +1. 2:06 -- Pfft. 2:38 -- What... 2:43 -- Nice, a VVVVVV reference! It's been years since you've played that game, so do you plan to return to it soon? 3:31 -- Man, it's really easy to screw up here. 3:55 -- Yeah, it does seem a bit iffy. 4:18 -- Nice, a perfect square! 7:12 -- Nuts, this mishap again. 7:45 -- Really, now. 😑 8:59 -- Mario should've saw that coming. 9:16 -- That seems like a random design decision. 9:23 -- At least this hack will be accepted at Longhorn Steakhouse! 9:37 -- Fast-forward to today, and this level was disqualified for being _nearly_ unbeatable. Bummer. 9:47 -- Are you kidding me right now? 🤦‍♂

(1:10) Maybe. I started making that OCD joke frequently lately. (2:43) I really should get back to VVVVVV sometime. (9:23) Heh, yeah. Too bad this ended up not being accepted at SMW Central, as it was disqualified for being too difficult for the judges somehow. (9:37) D'oh...

10:13 -- Man, this is taking longer than expected. 🙄 10:23 -- Good point. 10:56 -- ASDFGHJKL...BAKE SALE!!! (I'm starting to speak Angrish at this point.) 11:09 -- Well, that's a first. 12:06 -- Here we go again. 13:10 -- Yeah, this section looks too hard for the average Joe. 13:50 -- This part made me laugh out loud! 14:00 -- Yeah, let's keep this level vegan. 14:40 -- This is a "guide dang it" moment. Now I know why this level is "near unbeatable, even in Kaizo" (according to the VLDC14 results) and thus got disqualified. 15:08 -- I still want to know the intended solution. It's not obvious from the get-go. 15:36 -- GAAAMMMEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I feel Dragon Rage coming on.) 17:05 -- Finally! Man, that was so finicky. 17:22 -- I doubt it, as this level was DQ'd. It's a shame, too, as this area was right before the end.
