If you don't want to watch the entire video, here is a summary: Eat donuts. Lots and lots of donuts. But get a variety; jelly donuts, chocolate covered, glazed, donuts with sprinkles, donuts with powdered sugar, basically, you can't go wrong with any kind of donut. Round out your diet with candy such as snickers bars, almond joy, My&Ms, etc. And wash it all down with a Coke or Mountain Dew. If you start feeling low on energy during the day, have a cup of sugar. Don't eat meat because that will give you cancer.

Doesn’t help to apologize, I‘d need subtitles, that would be great! I really try to understand, i just can’t, that’s very unfortunate. Please help us out with putting in the effort of subtitling?? Thanks in advance!! 💪🏻💖

Just catching up to you, Julie NOW; 2024! But never too late to learn, right? I was doing CrossFit when it was still underground. That’s when I started cutting out sugars & carbs again (had done the high protein, high fat, low carb body building thing & hated it of course) Just wanted to say as a LCHF person my Cholesterol went way up & my Cardiologist said what Zoe mentioned; why don’t you switch to PUFAs or MUFAs? Why not just eat the Mediterranean diet? In any case, take these statins and eat what you wish! 😮

Careful of your “fry voices”, there were times you spoke normally with a relaxed easy to listen voice, otherwise you let that hard to listen to crackling through a lot, pay attention! Also, throw away your Ekhart Tolle books, don’t be lured by the demons speaking through all these new age distractions. It’s real…and I know you ladies seek Truth, look up some of these exorcists speaking out since the evil is abundant (like an unhealthy microbiome), only affecting your spiritual health! Fr. Carlos Martins, Fr. Rippirger, and many others 🙏🏻 Grateful for your research Lucy❤

It is unfortunate that Cleveland Clinics markers for health co tinue to perpetuate mythology about the dangers of elevated LDL levels when the literature demonstrates that lowering LDL levels has no impact on cardiovascular events. The focus on blood sugar as a marker is also ham-handed, late to the game and a half truth. The marker that would be much more important and telling regarding metabolic health would be a fasting insulin level.

Yes, farmers don't keep pets, at least not cows and sheep and we need them to look after the land. Vegans think land looks after itself. Absolutely not true. Animals have been feeding the land since the beginning of time.

Great interview but 42:40 is not really true, because cows transform their food into fatty acids and allegedly live 100% carb-free, at least according to a lecture of Dr. Anthony Chaffee iirc. Even gorillas are mostly living on fatty acids with about a quarter from carbo-hydrates.

I was a vegetarian for 27 years. I’ve seen the light and now understand the necessity of eating fish and meat. I unfortunately still have a huge problem with slaughter houses and the terror , anxiety and pain inflicted on the animals animals. Is there a solution to this problem or am I being to sensitive to this. It’s said if we all had to live the horror these places we would all be vegetarians Regards

Videos like this make me feel so empowered to change the way my life will continue, bearing in mind the mental health challenges I have experienced. KZbin and the internet can be such a terrible place, but often this is down to what you choose to focus on and videos like this are so great in terms of enabling people to potentially realise where they are right now and where they could be in the future. Thank you
