What a loving husband my husband was so worried when I had the first one. Because my blood pressure was high . But in my day there was no epidural 15 hours later my baby was boy was born 7 17 77 weigh. 7 lbs 90z 7 pounds 9 oz. The feeling is incredible and you will do everything you can for him god bless you and your little family

I really appreciate you guys for including the part where you were sent home by the triage. I am at the stage where false alarms are everywhere and have been sent home by the hospital twice. The video made me feel that I am not alone and the day meeting the baby is not far away.

As I watch this, my daughter in law is laboring with their first child. I'd love to be there but we have a house full of people coming tomorrow for 4th of July! We'll see what happens but we're all very excited and I'm glad her mom can be there with her, and my son, too! Beautiful baby...Congratulations!

This was precious. Your mama was watching her baby while daddy was watching his be born, and on and on goes the circle of life. It's excruciatingly hard to watch your child go through labor and delivery. I have five children who are all married and have given me 16 grandkids - I've been at several of my girls' births, and let me tell you, it is NOT for the faint of heart. Especially when they have them without any intervention. Exhausting doesn't begin to describe. I'm so happy you had a successful v birth, the placental abruption didn't hurt the baby, and alls well that ends well. Now may you have a very very happy future as a family. I only had “show” bleeding-no pain-phoned my doctor and he is telling me get to the hospital fast-so we did-45 min later I had my beautiful boy 10bl.4 oz…and NO epidural.

Ok, the dad is the best part! Then The gum chewing, that’s what gets me. She’s probably one hell of a grandma.
