Yep stitching the toe piece can be really awkward and frustrating,l like that shoe pattern but not the toe stitching,I’ve tried the other patterns on there and the 3 in 1 I think is the easiest.i have also thought about trying other sneaker patterns with that sole.

I just received my order from LSM this morning. I have been planning on using it as a heat stamp but I see you are using a press. May I ask what kind of press you are using and if not to expensive, where would I be able to find one?

I use a cheap arbor press from harbor freight

Hi on the site it says pacific northwest made. Does that mean this is made in USA? Where in pnw? Does this bag have a laptop compartment? Thanks
@Artysmotosupply Жыл бұрын
Hello, while the majority of my products are handmade by me here in Washington state, this bag is manufactured for me and imported as it says in the product description, and yes there is a laptop compartment inside with a Velcro latch to keep it in place.

Really cool design and simple construction. I’ve been wanting to get one of the kits to get away from my usual leathercrafting and have an easy project to turn off my brain and make. Do you think saddlestitching the upper to the sole would work too? It seems like it could be fiddly aiming for the holes with a hand inside the shoe but could have a cool outcome.
@Artysmotosupply2 жыл бұрын
Its a really fun project, traditional saddle stitching wouldn't work once you get to the lower level, unless you are ok with backstitching the entire bottom to get back to the top...kinda confusing I know. If you saw the layout the stitching they advise is the best.
@sons.moon.leather2 жыл бұрын
@@Artysmotosupply I see what you mean, that second row of stitching near the ball of the foot would be tough to backstitch. Definitely looking forward to picking one up and having a go at it.

I 100% would recommend the 883. I had one and loved it. I can tell you this... If you want a Harley and choose another make instead, you will regret it. Its not a stab at other makers, just that you should start with what you want. If Harley is on your list, it will always be on your list. Youll have regrets. The rebel is a great bike, but imo it is just a quality Harley mimic. There is nothing like a Harley.
