Vidanta is truly an experience on its own. I really appreciate that Vidanta has dedicated transport to the resort. I have also had the fish tacos where you guys went as well. The weekly festival at Salum is very exciting as well, something to enjoy and eat delicious food. The Beach Club is dedicated to the Gand LUXXE and Grand Bliss levels. It has such a vibe during the day, and the food is indeed of a top-tier quality. I have yet to go to the water park Jungala; that will be my to-do list for my next visit to Vidanta. Being that it was during the 4th of July, it possibly was caused by fireworks or maybe stored fireworks that ignited. Could have ignited near fuel of some sort to have so quickly & ferociously destroy a house that size, sadly.

Today is June 10, 2023. I just got off this ship yesterday. We left on the 4th from Norfolk and went to the Bahamas and back. For anyone who is interested the 2 things I noticed with this ship , 1. It's dated. You can see rust spots throughout the entire ship and they are constantly scraping chipping paint and repainting. I'd say the decor is slightly dated as well. 2. Expect to wait in lines for food. Breakfast buffet on Deck 10, if you're not there early there will be a long line around 9:00am. I'd say the long lines were most people's biggest complaint. The food was okay. I personally didn't think it was amazing but wasn't awful either. I'll also add that you should expect to pay $75 to park in their parking lot then they will bus you to the shop where you'll wait in line to board. When returning, unless you're one of the first to exit you'll have to wait in long lines to get off the ship, get on the bus , then back to parking lot. Took about 3 hours to get to our vehicle. Aside from that we had fun and a normal cruise experience. Staff was polite as usual. Just figured I'd chime in and give my $.02 to anyone considering on taking this ship out of Norfolk.

Finally! A video by someone who cooks the greens long enough. I normally use a crock pot for tender greens but I wanted a faster method. I've tried another recipe that pressure cooked for 30 minutes with instant release. The greens didn't come out tender enough. Based on your video I think I found a winner. I will give your timing a try the next time I make greens. Thank you.

Ok, to me this just sounds like a comment from someone who was having a bad day. His comparison is an actual Chinese restaurant to a fast-food Chinese so call restaurant (which are the majority of Chinese restaurants(?) in America). ......................................................................Hmmm ............................I take that back he's not having a bad day. He's just ignorant. BTW, it's a VA beach located Chinese restaurant.........what did you expect!? If the answer is "crap!" then you are absolutely correct. Burger King has better food and if you add soy sauce then you have Chinese food! Only in America because that's how misinterpreted Chinese food is represented here. BTW, there's no such thing as authentic anything in America! Authentic means "of undisputed origin" in other words the original recipe with no changes made to it! Freakin american's and their dumb comments!
