Hey man, I totally get where you're coming from, and I'm also struggling at work. There's been a lot of shit that's been going on in my personal life for years that all came to a boiling point around a month ago when I got out of a relationship that I felt was draining so much of my energy, to the point where I couldn't lock in myself. It's been really hard coming out of it, especially because I've been working to undo all the shitty habits I've been building through the years, and I'm still failing to some degree, but the failures are starting to reduce more and more now that I'm getting energy back to put more focus into work and improving my life. All of this is to say, I've been where you're at, at least a version of it, for years now, and I'm just now starting to come out on the other side. Videos like yours genuinely help me to find the motivation to not do drugs and put that restless energy into more productive shit that will help me in the long run, especially on days where I'm really struggling with cravings. Keep it up big dawg, proud of you, and I fully believe in you. Everything is a skill, anything can be learned or unlearned, but learning to lock in and truly take responsibility for your own self-improvement might be one of the most powerful skills you can learn.
