ugh. 1 year after radation, 18 months post chemo and surgery -boom cording has hit me. It is painful! I wish it on no one.. If you have this please see a Physical therapist asap to at least alleviate the pain. There are videos by people like this creator on YT that give you good stretches and options to explore too

Lipedema does not start with obesity. Patients who are not overweight can also have Lipedema. However obesity can sometimes then develop into Lipedema or Lymphedema since the Lymphatic system may become affected.

@@tommac21 I, and most other female pelvic health PTs, see men. There are also male pelvic PTs who see women. Training for pelvic PTs includes evaluation and treatment for both men and women since we all have pelvic floor muscles!

There are health benefits to using both vibration plates which is a passive low impact exercise, and rebounding which is an active exercise and can be both low and higher impact. Rebounding can also help more with cardiovascular health since it can be a whole body workout. We definitely need more studies comparing the two!

Hi Iam from Kerala. I am a vaginal Cancer patient. I completed my radiation 25 external and 4 brachytherapy and 6 chemotherapy. Now Iam continuing a new injection like chemo. I have vaginal swelling and burning like irritation after urinating. My two leg also swelling like lymhedima. I am so tension for these reasons. Please reply is this curable why the vaginal pain? 0:12 ,is this decrease after treatment? What can i do?
