I want to get a Rebounder , but I have lower back issues and don't know if it will help or make it worse...

There are health benefits to using both vibration plates which is a passive low impact exercise, and rebounding which is an active exercise and can be both low and higher impact. Rebounding can also help more with cardiovascular health since it can be a whole body workout. We definitely need more studies comparing the two!
