Is it normal for pressure cooker to be very loud once started? Felt like something was going to blow up so I switched it off after 5 mins lol
@susannahskitchen2 күн бұрын
It makes a ticking sound sometimes when it's building up pressure. I've prob got so use to the noise I don't take any notice of it! It's not really that loud but does sound strange. Trust the process and try again. It's worth just doing a test with water only to start with to build you confidence if you are worries about using it

Hi Susannah, this pizza looks amazing! Do you think you could make a stuffed crust hot dog or cheese)? Stuff the crust and pre bake the crust🤔
@susannahskitchen4 күн бұрын
Hi, It really is a good recipe this one. Yes why not. Just make the pizza a little bigger and lay a filling around the edge and turn over the dough. It's quite thick (we like a deep pan) so there is plenty of dough to be able to do this. I hope you love it
@jacquelinenesbitt3474 күн бұрын
@@susannahskitchen Brilliant thank you. I didn’t think about expanding the base to account for the stuffed crust. I’ll let you know how I get on🤞🏻

Hi Susanna. Great video. But why do you need to do chicken for 3 or even 6 hours ? Its such a small pieces,,,
@susannahskitchen4 күн бұрын
Hi, It's because it's a SLOW COOKER recipe so it takes a longer length of time to cook and the idea is that you can walk away, go out and come back to it. You can always make this using different functions if you prefer. Alternatively you can also check to see when the chicken reaches temperature and just cook it for that amount of time

Hi Suzanna. I have started out on the sour dough journey. It's great bread, healthy too. Imbetween my sour dough I've been making your bread the one with the egg in. What a joy so soft lasts for days and so easy to do. Even after seeing your video I was not expecting the results I got. This is a real winner I will be doing at least twice weekly and it tastes incredible. Are you planning to go down the sour dough route as I'm interested how the 15 in 1 can help.
@susannahskitchen6 күн бұрын
@@belindagordon8847 hi Belinda, I’ve made a couple of attempts at sour dough but to be honest it tested my patience and I gave up. I may try again in the future but when I’m less busy as it needs my attention. I couldn’t get my starter quite right. I thought I had cracked it but the loaf wasn’t good enough to share. One for the future I think! I’d love to share your recipe and give you credit if you manage to create a good loaf x

I'm finding timing difficult but I'm using the 15 in 1 to do the bulk formation after the stretches and folds, but I can't get the timing right. I made a cheddar cheese and jalapeño sour dough loaf and it was tasty but its still either over or under proofed.

How do you handle the clean for the separate lids for the pressure option
@susannahskitchen7 күн бұрын
@@vivienonochie5759 sorry but I only have one lid so the pressure cooking helps to clean this. I suppose a second lid you may have to clean more manually. Depends on what functions you can use with that lid that may help remove the grime
