Hello Ravish bhai, love your videos and your family. Highly respect you for the kind of joyful person you are. Big request to you is please start practising Yogasanas & Pranayama diligently everyday, they will solve 90% of your physical health problem in your day to day life. I had spine, neck and other problems. They all disappeared within 2 months of practising of Yogasanas. Now, after 2 years of consistent practise, I am in advanced practitioner which involves more than 30 different types of asanas and 5 types of Pranayamas. I have learnt from very experienced certified Hatha Yoga Teachers of Isha Foundation. I practise Kriya Yoga everyday as well. Please request you to start with basic asanas, there are hundreds of videos on KZbins for spine & neck related asanas. Lots of love for your family!! 😊😍

Only one solution for this problem Regular din me do baar jal neti kijiye..100 % theek ho jayega.. And nose me desi cow ka ghee lagao..ungli se do time.. after jal neti.. Jal neti ka instrument apko Amazon se mil jayega and solt bhi.. Mera same problem tha..sirf 3 din me theek hua 3 mahine ka problem.. I am form surat Gujarat Rajesh dani Aap 100 % theek ho jayenge

So sorry to hear about your pain and struggles. Please Get three things done. 1. Get Vitamin b12, D3 Deficiency Test done along with other blood test - if doctors have already not done so. 2. Get MRI Done. because your symptoms are their for more than 6 months . 3. Please get your Whole Genome sequencing done. [ Most importantly to rule out the worst ] It will be best for you visit india and get your diagnosis done. It will be faster if not cheaper.

Hi Ravish you might want to check with ur doctor if you have vertigo . I read comments where they say that vertigo happens after 60 , that’s not true , I know 5-6 people in my friends & family who are in their early 40s and dealing with vertigo. Hope you feel better soon, Deep breathing helps in anxiety .

This is vertigo and cervical as symptoms are same and so are vertigo allopathy can treat your issue immediately but to maintain it u wil need yoga and other therapies that we get in india. There is a doctor near Rajpura punjab who is expert in treating all this. Other trips can wait make one short trip to india and get it treated.
