Hello... I believe it's related to Anxiety. I am going through the same. Do you have issues standing/walking in open spaces? Are you able to drive?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Yes. I do experience some anxiety but it’s hard to say dizziness causes anxiety or vice versa. And yes open spaces and walking do cause worse symptoms. I can drive and some days are better and some worse.

Hey Ravish … sorry to hear about your health… I had the same issue with my back last year… It was a muscle spasm … At least for 10 days i was unable to stand straight… I rejoined the work after 3 weeks rest but gained full strength after 2 months… so i would say take 2-3 months rest from any heavy work… and then start serious Gym … I will be Praying for you …. In Jesus Name you will be healed soon.Amen!!!

Hi Ravish, I have sent you an email, please make sure you read it, if you have not received it please check spam folder. I saw how are you sitting in car and sitting in sedan car is not that easy, please prefer Semi SUVs or SUVs for driving or riding, you will immediately feel the comfort in posture ergonomically. Also, I have seen in your videos that your Computer screen, is little bit higher then the ear level where your neck turns slightly up (one never notices) while working on computer station, it must is exactly at front or little bit lower , your neck must be straight, by doing these changes, the pressure on neck goes away as your posture is alligned

Ur really not feeling good. Your liveliness is missing. A friend of mine had a similar problem. Guess what? He also moved into a new home and the problem was in the house's vaastu. If ur open, I can patch u with a vasstu consultant. His approach is towards to your total well being (health, wealth and relationships). Lemme know if you would like to consider this approach.

thanks, but for me the problem started when we were in the apartment (before we even saw the house first time) and i got very sick. so I don't think it has anything to do with the vastu of this new house.

Rather than gym, pls do yoga. Enroll in a good yoga class from india. Gym machines and exercises stiffen the muscles, yoga makes muscles flexible
