So glad you are doing well. I follow you here and there when I can. Today I’m having a bad day. You have a comforting voice. I’m in Florida. I wish I was up North so I could go to your classes in person. Just not sure the online thing is the same as being in the actual presents of others for healing . That aside, and I think I’ve asked this before, do you do any live yoga online trauma/somatic work? Thank you

Hi Amanda! Thank you for your kind words. I’m sorry you had a rough day. I hope today is a little better. To answer your question, I do work online. Some of my yoga classes are hybrid classes and all of my one-on-one work can be done through zoom. That includes private yoga, TRE, Somatic Experiencing, Reiki, and Trauma recovery coaching. All of this information is on my website: www.embodyschool.com Online work is not really different for me as I’m accustomed to it since Covid but it’s a personal preference for the client, of course. Sending you a big hug!!! Spira

After finished this excercise last night, I think I have to leave a comment here in the morning. I'm writing this in a train to my office smiling. I've suffered anxiety and depression and been on medication. I went to different gastroenterologist and they said that the pain came from my GERD meanwhile I never got acid reflux since 2022. They sent me again to a psychatrist to lower my anxiety so my GERD would disappear. I told them that my upset stomach will be worse when consuming anti-depressant and anti-anxiety pills. Thus I went there but refuse to take the medicine as I thought it is enough for my body to swallow all of that medicines that come with side effects. I looked a lot on my instagram page about TRE but never had time to attend the class due to my office schedule. So, I stumbled on your video and gave it a try. At first I was afraid of getting cramp on my feet and stomach if I lift my hips because I used to get cramp on my legs and especially my stomach. But then I slowly and gently did the step by step. The last step was incredible. I never thought I would be trembling and shaking. It was involuntary movement I couldn't handle yet I was not panicking. I didn't feel anything but lightweight after that. This morning I woke up with no cramp on my stomach and legs. No pain on my left chest, no palpitation. I felt tension free. I just want to thank you. I hope it is not temporary. I think about doing it regularly if it is okay. I wish everyone who deals with trauma and pain, a great happiness. Lots of love 💕

I agree. You can't think or talk or drink your way out of it. It just makes things even worse. I was stuck for 3 years talking and crying to anyone who would listen and it didnt do a damn thing. So now I just fake it. I train for 2 hours a day. I am looking for a job. I walk for miles if i have to. I still dont socialize but i do feel better than I was when I was drunk in a room trying to talk about what happened.

I followed this video for the first time and i dont know if it was just because it was the first time that maybe i havent fully felt a release but i did experince tremors and sensation from my pelvis down to my knees, i just let it do its thing then laid flat fot a moment and tried foxusing on my breathing throughout. I think i will continue these exercises for a week and see if anything comes from it

I just did this for the very first time ever and I was amazed of the results. I trembled all over for the first time. I was just expecting the thighs to tremble but, when I started rocking the trembling went up through my entire body and head. I was looking for TRE bc, I have a lot of stress and trauma from so so many things from past and present and I needed an escape or release for my body to rid itself of it and this worked. I will continue to do these. How often should we do these? What's your recommendation or can we do it everyday? Thank you so much for this video. TRE recently has been coming up on my feed. I have been on a healing journey last 5 years and the cptsd is more manageable. I followed your exercises and did it third time today. My body was relaxed and the tremors travelled up my legs and hips. My shoulders and neck were shaking side to side and sometimes chest. Neck and shoulder pain has been ongoing for over a year. It's feeling much looser. Looking forward to practicing this more over the month. Thank you again 🙏🏽❤️

This video has been a massive eye opener for me. In a good way. I’ve had years of trauma relating mainly to emotional from youth, different surgery’s, divorce and financial traumas. I’ve always been aware that trauma is stored but incredible to see how the body can react when doing this shaking type release. Life for me is fine now and it seems my body wants to start its release process so I’ve been dealing with neck, face and facial pain for 3 months. I did this once and feel a difference. Can I do this daily or is it best to give days in between? Thank you for doing this.

@@tinyyogini Hello again... Well i've been doing the exercices for 2 months now and I just get zero result... Don't know why. Maybe it's because it's my upper body that reclaims tremoring (i have huge clonic spasms of parts of the upper body when I fall asleep, initiating insomnia), but since we have to start from the bottom... Can't work on that. I also have a problem of muscular flexibility, when you "allow your knees to fall apart" at 15:00, I could never reproduce this, I would get hurt. (I mean i can't relax in this position, as it's hurting before the knees get close to the ground). I think I'm gonna give up :(
