wish you guys could figure out what is wrong with my mo-240 - going on 2 weeks and still down - only had it for 4 weeks

We purchased the MO240 a month ago and for 2 weeks it has been down - they have been here a couple of days working on it but cant figure it out - frustrating

Hi, do you know if it's possible to import an image with transparency? I.e. my template has a complicated pattern as it's background, and I'm wanting a variable white vector icon with transparent background to display over it. Currently when I input a transparent .eps or .pdf file into the variable data, it just displays as a white box. Thanks.

Hi，I am currently using a Roland VG3 machine with Nature Smooth Roll Up material, and I have encountered an issue when using the cutting boundary feature. After cutting one side of the boundary, the print area tends to drop, causing instability during the cutting process. Could you please advise if there is a way to ensure that the boundary remains stable while cutting is completed on this material? Hello, I'm currently facing an issue and I'm hoping you can provide some advice. I'm working with metallic vinyl (gold), and I'm adding a white ink background to the artwork. However, I want to have text show through in the gold vinyl material. When I set the text color to standard white and the background to grey-white (RDG white) in Illustrator, VersaWorks doesn't render the text properly; it just shows the entire thing in white. However, if I have a black or any other colored background and leave the text in standard white, it shows up in gold. This issue only occurs when I'm printing with a white ink background. I hope this explanation clarifies my problem. Apologies for any confusion. any advice or tips is appreciated.

Thanks for the informative video. As a designer I work with various signage companies who print on Roland VG2 printers. On some occasions two files containing the exact same Pantone colour has come out differently. I have asked them how they ensure their output is always the same and also if they use a Pantone Bridge book to compare the output to the swatches. They say they only print what they are given and there should not be any variation. Are you able to suggest ways that I can help them control their output so it's more consistent? Also would there be a reason why the machine prints the exact same colour differently on different jobs when months apart? Thanks.
