Hi，I am currently using a Roland VG3 machine with Nature Smooth Roll Up material, and I have encountered an issue when using the cutting boundary feature. After cutting one side of the boundary, the print area tends to drop, causing instability during the cutting process. Could you please advise if there is a way to ensure that the boundary remains stable while cutting is completed on this material? I would appreciate any guidance or adjustments that may help resolve this issue. Thank you for your assistance!
