would love to see more of a 500/750/1000 shard level builds instead of beginners guide. or pushing different abilities like this splinter build is fun too

I tried this exact same method and it never worked. I always die and don't do that much damage

i have over 70 hours in this game been playing since the beginning such a fun game , but anyway what i was going to say was you should try a hammer build some advice for that build add a bunch of hammers they work as a passive , then stack bigger area ,and if you really want to have fun with it do with the slam down the spell if you have enough space do the one that adds lighting when it hit, youll be hitting hard like Thor!! lol

Why do you pick metabolism, when you have -100% regeneration and live on the life leech on damage?

Would be curious to see how fast the Astronomer's Orbs are moving during a build like this!

why do you use a memory poition before using the duplicate potion??

Congrats on 1k!!! I'd like to see the highest possible damage build for T30 bosses, even if it requires restarts for abilities in the first 3 - 4 minutes. Also a high regen build with the lando mark would be interesting.

I agree with your perspective on defense. it really does cripple the amount of fun you can have at high torment simply because a couple item slots will always have to have the same ones, mainly defiant plate and bloodstained wrappings. Go beyond 25 and then you almost have to have either the defense boots or defense/move speed hood. What was the point in farming out so much gear if you can't use any of it late game? I just don't understand what the devs were thinking and I really hope they change this in a future update. I'd like to try this build with the Lando mark because of the 20% regen and defense. I think I would dupe 1 defense, 1 regen and the cleric's dedication, or another base regen instead of defense, I'm not sure. Base regen is kind of the barrier for a high regen stat although the maiden's mark scales damage with block so maybe I'd go hard into block idk.

Pretty sure the big heads block the splinters, i tested it and they don't go past them.

FYI: The pink growth items become viable at level 50 :)

"no glitches" but requires 100h of farming shards just for that T_T I have finished every achievement in the game and got all items so this seems so unnecessary to farm this much. Glad you're having fun tho

You know your AOEs are big when they get to SNES levels of pixelation, lol! Fun build.

I would like to see level up dismissals, the same way you can with chests and scrolls/tomes. Sometimes you get locked into a terribly bad selection with no rerolls left, (usually by memories) and there's no way to exit and take nothing or like maybe they can do a 10 - 20% xp bar refill or 'after 5 level dismissals gain one random potion' or some other similar mechanic. I know in most bullet heavens mobs scale with your level and I don't know exactly how it works with HoT. If so this would also allow a self-imposed difficulty beyond the ones currently in the game. Maybe some psycho out there would try a run with 0 upgrades or something, or a 5 - 10 - 20 only challenge, possibly added as a quest.

Great timing. I've been playing with force and/or speed stacking for the past week. I still haven't done a speed orb build yet. I'll probably try that next and then move on from speed since I've kinda worn myself out on it. I want to switch to something else like area. What's another stat that's fun to play with? The wiki is very lacking as far as information for abilities, like what modifiers impact them. So I'm having to just load a run, pick up a bunch of abilities and then look through the stats. I'm slowly starting to memorize them as I play around with each stat one by one but I'm still very new to the game.

champion headband + double relic rings (replace second) + potions neck = insanity, if moderately lucky with rings it's 200 base dmg+

12:06 Merchant’s bauble is nice but it definitely isnt like run defining, it just guarantees you the side potions at the shop and the spell combiner at processing.

This is the same core I end up using in all my builds. Morning Star, Ring Blades, Radiant Aura and Transfixion for debuffs, and then 2 flex slots, which are 90% of the time Astronomer's Orbs and Phantom Needles. Sometimes I'll take out the needles in an elemental build (but keep orbs cuz they can become any element) but that's about it. Elemental builds could use some love. All the elemental spells are real bad :(

I got one of the best guiding star items, it helps a lot

meanswhile the same build on beasthuntress and 900 shards on health and i struggle on torment 21 while this guy farm 12 shards with 0 investment.
