Hi Pauline, in the first session I was terrified when my heart began to race like crazy and I felt dizzy (and eventually I passed out) in my mind one part said something like: 'this was a bad idea I'll die, I'll die!' the other half went:'well if that's the case yet to enjoy the last moments in this beautiful jungle'. It was quite intense. In the second session I felt very peaceful throughout and I was sure that I hadn't passed out, even though I did. The third was intense again but quite differently intense. I felt very heavy, it got very dark and it took me about 5 hours to come fully back. I did worry that the third one was a mistake and that I reversed everything, which I luckily hadn't. And afterwards it felt like that session cleared something quite deep on an emotional level. I did have some visions of a room and a table and I heard a voice as well. But I can't remember any words. Whatever it was it was a necessary healing on a level I didn't expect. At least that's my interpretation of it. I hope that answers your question, feel free to ask anything you like

Why does he so far "imagining" what fibromyalgia and CFS could be Why not go to the obvious and hypothesieze that these are all underlying viral infections, they all share this common factor : they react positively to the same treatment which logically meams they're All a proportion of the SAME thing. Common doctors do better. By the way the same goes for "autoimmune" diseases.
@ThePuzzleOfHealing9 ай бұрын
I hear you and I was very frustrated about doctors because of that in the past. But if you are a scientist or a doctor you have to be careful what you say. You need to stick to what you know is fact and if there is a hypothesis then that's based on something very specific. And we don't know if it's all the same. Many people get the label cfs but if it would be the same for everyone then the same things should help and they don't. So as long as we can't clearly say that's the measurable marker for those conditions I think it's right to be cautious. And believe me I wish I'd know THE answer to all of those horrendous conditions, I really do. And hopefully we'll know for sure how those conditions work and there will be a solution, until then I hear your frustration and by now I understand the cautiousness of the medical world. What I think is worse and I have no understanding for that, is if doctors dismiss those conditions or treat patients like they're making it up. Having a cautious but sympathetic doctor is already a win I think
