Yes sir, my stroker kit final arrived. Only problem now is I'm not working a lot of hours to pay for the rebuilt.

Mine's a 71 F350 with service bed. Has the 360 in it also a gas hog. But people I have talked to and read comments on state the gas mileage gets better when Cubic Inches are increased.

I was having problems with the mic. Found this out after I finished the editing.

@@yeboscrebo4451 O'Reilly Auto Parts has Valvoline synchromesh and Amazon has Pennzoil Synchromesh. I don't know which is easier for you to get! But O'reilly is cheaper than Amazon.

@@ccsgarage I just got off the phone with tech support and they told me that I need to shave a bit off the transmission output shaft rather than mess with the coupler. They also told me that the acdelco oil they used to recommend is old news. He said now they recommend Lucas 75w90 synthetic. I sure wish they’d update their instructions! Anyways, just passing along the info.

I like how you can split the gears between 2and 3 and 3 and 4 then have OD in 4th. with 4:10 in my truck it drops the RPM's down about 600. It made the truck a lot more fun to drive on the interstate!

Noticed a little difference, but with a heavy truck and a 360 there's not much hope. LOL There is not a lot of flex in this spoiler.

Looks! But it does keep the air from under the truck and cuts down on drag. Which should help with gas mileage.

@@ccsgarage let us know if it does help with mpgs. Right now I’m trying everything I can to get my mpgs up. I’ve got a ‘72 f350 flatbed that got 9 mpgs when I started with it, now I’m up to 18. Just put an hei in it and I’m going to switch my vacuum advance to manifold to get a nice big spark at low load/low cylinder charge. Next will be the overdrive unit you installed. I don’t see why I shouldn’t be able to get well over 20 mpgs.

@@ccsgarage Here’s what I’ve done so far: adequate tire pressure, hotter thermostat, edelbrock avs2 carb (with annular boosters - really helped fuel atomization), Thompson performance powerblast plate in the carb, upped the initial timing as far as it would go and turned down the mixture screws and transfer slot as closed as I could, brought my mechanical advance timing in closer to right off idle and experimented with jetting and metering rods in the carb to get as lean a cruise as I could.

@@yeboscrebo4451 What motor do you have in the truck? I also run the factor heat range of thermostat in my car's. It helps to turn liquid gas into vapors and vapors are what burns not the liquid!

Working on them and driving them is so much more fun than them sitting in the garage tore down!
