FE Block Improvements

I've got a 352ci FE in a 68 F100, great old truck but getting kinda long in the tooth. Not sure which way I'm going with it, restomod with a newer engine or rebuild the 352. It's a gas hog, with the original 2 bbl carb, been rebuilt a few times. It's a long box not the coveted bubble butt.

Mine's a 71 F350 with service bed. Has the 360 in it also a gas hog. But people I have talked to and read comments on state the gas mileage gets better when Cubic Inches are increased.
