@George-de6hd my collection has always been a little bit of everything. I'm pretty sure that's how collecting works bro, you get into something and then you expand your horizons. I collect s*** that is definitely cool and coming out right now that is actually worth the money, but I definitely collect things that I remember from my childhood and growing up. I have always been obsessed with Godzilla as one of my favorite monsters growing up, and VHS tapes have recently grown on me in the past year. I don't know if you call that being a collector or being a pack rat but either way I fu#*in love it and it makes me happy.

Those figure swappers definitely need to burn in figure hell. I had a bad experience with them not that long ago. I preordered the newest version of the MCU Black Widow with the new great head sculpts through Amazon and ended up getting a new box with the old version of black widow from 2013 delivered. Obviously swapped out since you could tell it had been opened and taped back together using a different kind of tape than the one used to originally seal it. I couldn’t bring myself to return it and have someone else deal with the same misfortune.

I do my best to keep it alive man, it's hard to keep up with the hype nowadays with what's coming out, but it was never about getting what's the hottest figure out, it was about the thrill of the hunt and enjoying what you get at the end of the day. Regarding the Hobby Lobby sale, since the sale for that canvas was 50% that Saturday you mentioned, chances are that the sale will come back in two weeks. Saturday night the signs are swapped out, Sundays they are closed, so Monday is your best bet to see it on sale.
