so lets see 90% more than 30% (30 * 0,9 = 27; 30 + 27 = 57%) He is using only 57% of his muscles doing this wow

Zhang Gouzheng's shoes look like Zhang Kong 'weightlifting shoes B' if you look on the Zhang Kong site. You don't see them now though, pretty much all the Chinese lifters wear Romaleos.

Yo yo... Very good clip. My brother was once an obese guy. He went from 283lbs of fat into 204lbs of complete lean muscle. I was astonished. I just registered myself because I wish to greatly enhance my body shape. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible (Look in Google)...

Hey guys. Fabulous movie. My brother had been fat. He went from 283 lbs of pure fat into 204 lbs of purely natural muscle mass. I could not believe it! I just signed up personally as I have to greatly enhance my whole body. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible (Look in Google)...

Yanks will never understand kilos,which the rest of the world uses ,if they are constantly spoonfed pounds.It is the same with the practice of subtitling English speakers from other parts of the world ,or even from different parts of the USA.Use your brain or will waste away.

What are they supposed to do? American audiences unfamiliar with weightlifting, which is most of people who would be watching at the Olympics, have no conception of the metric system. If they say he's going for a world record of 165 kilos, that means nothing. They have to put it into context so viewers can understand. They're announcing the weight in kilos then in pounds. They're displaying the weight in kilos on the screen. Clearly they know the standard is kilos and they're faithful to that.

I call bullshit on these Bulgarian guys. I mean, they put dummy weights on the bar for them, right? Unreal. Fantastic athletes. Love this sport.
@Mer13410 жыл бұрын
Can't believe every second comment here is about roids. The question about whether these athletes are phenomenal or not is boiled down to whether they take roids or not. The pounds on the barbells aside NO ONE in the freaking universe can acquire such perfect weighlifting techniques by taking any drug in the universe. Now, then why the fuck are the argument centered around a drug? Fuck off to a Bodybuilding video. Thank you.

Every high level weightlifter uses steroids. America does bad because their technique sucks and their training programs suck. Not to mention there's less people involved in the sport in America so there would be less talent. In China weightlifting is the national sport it has a lot more funding towards.

Wonderful video. KZbin is made for this sort of content.My homeboy was formerly bullied. He said he was intending to get bigger. I didn't believe him. Right up until he gained 40lbs of absolute muscle mass. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible - look in Google. Nobody dares to bully him anymore. :-) I actually subscribed earlier this week. Plus the mans emails are fucking cool...

if you got 10 thumbs up it doesn't mean you're right. i personally know Olympic lifters and they don't use steroids, so don't generalize. winning without cheating has a better intense feeling. lots of people have integrity. if you happen not to know .. too bad for you
