It is definitely a problem that she hasn’t published any policy positions. Being “not Trump” isn’t sufficient in a presidential election. If she actually wanted to talk about her record, admit fault in areas where she would do things differently in hindsight (instead of doubling down) and be able to support her positions otherwise, that would be good. I just am not convinced she’s capable of doing that.

I don’t think you’re wrong, and Rogan wouldn’t do that. He has had people on he disagrees with in some areas (Gupta for example) and still has meaningful conversations and stays polite but firm when talking about the areas where they disagree.

If Biden was at the top of the ticket, he would lose. It’s a pretty close race between Kamala and Trump and Kamala picked a better VP candidate for her base and the independent voters. He’s far more charismatic and relatable.

This isn’t me endorsing one as better for the job than the other. But as far as being a /candidate/ (which is very different than actually being vice president) Walz takes the cake. Vance is awkward, not relatable, and all the things he tries to capitalize on to win over regular everyday Americans, Walz checks those same boxes, if not more. I think Trump is a slightly better candidate for president, but Walz is a far better candidate than Vance.
