Hey there! I have been following your KZbin channel for a while and I am honestly really happy with the content you share!! I think that you have a great amount of potential in creating an engaging audience due to the quality of your videos. I would actually like to help you out on creating amazing email copy which can include exclusive productivity tools and self improvment content, promotion of various products for eg:meal plans, workout routines, productivity hacks to reach your goals that provide value to your target audience which can potentially drive more traffic to your youtube channel. Also I'm myself a huge consumer of self improvement content as well as calisthenics so I do have a good idea of what your audience may find valuable!Let me know what you think! Thanks for reading!!

Recommending to go on a cut while being 12 % body fat is pretty crazy :D Idk, but i think that just being around 15 % all year round is already good enough while building muscle, having energy and just overall staying healthy. I do suppose it could be more dependent on height, body form and activities you do - you could be more focused towards martial arts etc. As well, i think that you should not forget to eat vegetables - just because not having some nutrients can cause brain fogs etc. Guys, don't forget, do it for your own only mental and physical health. Finding peace with your mind, growing as a person and staying healthy is no. 1 priority.

Complete agree, eating veg is important. You will look most aesthetic around 12-15%. What I mean is if your 20 might be worth doing that first then just lean bulk for a year. But I get what your saying bro

I've been in his program for nearly a month and the muscle-building knowledge I've gained is insane. Definitely recommend his program to anyone looking to bulk up fast.🔥

Everything is 2-3 times harder on a set of rings. You can also isolate muscles fairly easily. It becomes easy to increment difficulty as the straps are labeled with increments. The instability of the rings forces you to use more stabilizing muscles which leads to a larger stimulus. The real advantage of the gym is for leg exercises imo

Honestly feels like a lot of what you say is wrong. From the pictures and stuff you showed you just kept working out at a calorie surplus with enough protein so you got more jacked. Which is nice but that's essentially what everyone says already. Eating healthy is always good but drinking a little extra chocolate milk or a few donuts a week will help you achieve your surplus and not really destroy your health imo. Definitely looks like a good diet at the end. You didn't really mention anything at all about using a scale to make sure it's working, which is important, right?

Hey bro, yuh so I was on a pretty heavy junk food diet for a while. A lot more foods and meals. Post cutting that out I saw tremendous improvement in my ability to gain and build muscle. But at the time I was also optimising more than just my diet. Essentially I’ve made a few revelations and want to share them.

You're not coding if you are copy and pasting what an AI likely stole from someone else. *Everyone* can learn to code in even just 2 days. No one will ever master it. Not even people like Linus Torvalds. Pretending you can teach people how to code, after you have spend 2 months learning it is just wrong in so many ways. I swear to god, if you, yes, you reading this, start generating code uisng ChatGPT and call yourself a developer, i will kick your ass. My advice as a developer, with years of experience and a degree: Don't learn by making AI generate code for you. It will be harder. But in the end, you will have a much deeper understanding of how everything works, and it will make you more creative. Remember, understanding what something does, and how it actually works is 2 whole different things. What joe is doing right though is learning by building projects, instead of wasting his time on 10 different 10 hour tutorials

You didn't even say what you coded. Maybe next time start with that. As far as I'm concerned, you coded some squares and placed them in grid.. As a complete beginner, how would you know what questions to ask the AI ? And how can you tell it was not hallucinating ? Honestly, this is just bullshit...😊

So I have for a very long time been doing sysadmin related things... I work on servers and tech everyday but only recently started getting into coding because I used to find it very tedious and a lot of the courses I came across spent a lot of time explaining things I already knew and not enough time on the things that confused me... now with AI that has completely changed the game allowing me to brainstorm ideas and prototype very fast... its awesome as I have been able to write code to automate a lot of the things I do and has given me the confidence to build the things I want to build

Can you tell the importance of DSA in the real world applications or projects we built?, not just for big tech company interviews
@zorxey3189
@zorxey3189 3 ай бұрын
You need to know it if you want to be a software developer there is no way around it. Sometimes applications don't use them, but most do and it is extremely limiting to not have that knowledge.
@user-tx4wj7qk4t
@user-tx4wj7qk4t 3 ай бұрын
@@zorxey3189you need to know abstract data types and canonical problems. Memorizing algorithms and data structures is a complete waste of time and ignores the reality that CPUs are hyper optimized for contiguous memory so there's usually only one real data structure to choose from so the entire layer can be abstracted away. Same goes for algorithms. Not to mention very few people will ever deviate from using the standard library implementation. So no you don't need to know any of this to be a software developer because 99% of software developers don't know any of this and just memorized some outdated sort algorithms and use STD implementations anyway. Not to mention people don't even know what abstract data types are and just use arrays for everything and show how little they know about domain modeling. And I say this as somebody who has written a comprehensive DSA library from scratch. What you really should be learning is programming language theory so you can actually understand the abstractions you're using and in turn learn things like values vs types vs kinds, typeclasses, abstract algebras/functors/monads, external, internal, and implicit iterators, referential transparency, higher order functions, higher kinded types, etc Bad engineers look at this career as helping the computer do it's job instead of the other way around.
