And you are the deep reality consciousness or awareness - god if you like, one, full and abundant, infinite and eternal. Therefore at the deep level there is just one-ness --- there are no 'things' in the world, its just a modulated pattern of the one's energy, appearing as a 'thing', as your body, appearing as a dual reality as illusion of separateness. When you get this you don't question whether the infinite can provide your desire, if you abide in the fullness you are, the source of all things exist there already, you are already complete at the deep level and there desire is a mute point when you have everything This is why meditation is key, you need air time at the source, so you can keep reminding, and bring that connection more and more into this level of reality, this now-ness which is currently showing up in sense reality.... even though there are NO 'things' - even scientists can't find a 'thing' !! There is only lack when you abide in the illusion of separateness. nuff said

I love this. It’s an underrated emotional regulation technique. Be still and know you are GOD. I used to be (and maybe still am sometimes) get caught up in the illusion bullshit. I used to identify with being an “over thinker” and I would SPIRAL. and I would actually feel insane. Listening to my body and knowing that I have everything (because I am everything) will be my go to for now on.

Lol the fact people are trying to push this truth is so evil in my opinion. I realised nondualirt 8 months ago and ive been sent to mental hospitals twice and been put on antipsychotics for the rest of my life due to realising there is no other. The sheer terror and utter panic of being totally alone in my reality is absolutely despairingly lonely. Screaming on my bed for hours from realising that i am the only one here. Everything is one. I am this one and you are this one. Therefore i am ultimately and completely alone. And enlightenment is supposed to 'end' suffering. The only thing your being liberated into is the realisation that you are the one. Forever alone. And there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. Sorry you realised this.

My dad didn’t show up and I went on a spiral thinking: if the man who is family didn’t show up, how can my sp or a stranger show up for me… I felt like shit and started comparing myself to some influencer I was like my sp would choose this type of woman not me… I am hating my day although I have qualities I am aware of and I am physically beautiful I feel like I will never be enough and never be chosen over and over again. I picked up myself and started working on myself but these ideas live rent free in my mind m. I want to be confident and not give a f* about some influencer or my dad not showing up for me or my sp leaving.
