i commented on your video a while back talking about sp. i blew up a bit on sp yesterday and was kinda rude. i have been locking in the self and focusing on me, i feel amazing. i have noticed at points talking to sp the identity falters a bit and i'm not having it (like blowing up on sp yesterday lol and complaining about sp to others). i know sp is mine and will be until the end of time, so it's time so sit back and focus on ME! i know who i am now, fighting the ego daily and staying strong with my new identity thanks for the amazing content man this video is a great reminder 💯👊

I was going to the gym and living my best life and then they came back in. Then slowly over time my BS started again Bec I let myself down and I started slipping. So it all makes total sense. Do you get to a point where that's your new normal self concept or is this going to be a life long walk. I know it will get easier in time and I will have to check myself less and less.
