I was looking for a seated dumbbell exercise because I pulled a back muscle and hurt my back this week. This is awesome I can do the whole workout without any pain. Loved it. The cat made me laugh. At one point I thought it was going to grab the dumbbell under where it was lying when it reached its paw forward. 😂😂😂That's a bonus. Made my day. xx
