- Required equipment: 1 set of heavy dumbbells (15-50 lbs+), 1 set of light dumbbells (5-15 lbs), heavy duty booty band, long resistance bands (light & heavy recommended), sturdy chair or bench. Foam roller & yoga block or step recommended, but not required.
