Please do not promote the use of glass in soapmaking even pyrex can be affected over time by the alkalinity of the lye and cause tiny cracks in the glass that you may not even see and then one day it shatters and you may end up with either hot lye or caustic soap all over you and everything. Glass is not recommended for soapmaking. Please use recycle number 5 plastic jugs or stainless steel only. Also the temps are ok for a pure olive oil soap but not recommended for other types of recipes as its too hot and can cause problems. 25C is much better. Also a metal rack is not recommended as it will cause rusty marks on the soap - put paper towel down first if you are using metal. Most cake racks are chrome and will wreck your soap. Unless they are stainless steel they cant be used. (soapmaker for 15 years)

@@ahhigiveup yes great advice!! I don’t use Pyrex anymore as I make it regularly but if someone is making it once or twice a year for home use it would be fine.

HI there! just discovered your youtube channel, and this video in particular was really an eye opener. Thank you for sharing! I have been purchasing loofas for years but I had never seen the actual process. Would you say that I could grow a loofa plant in my flat's balcony? How large would the container be for it to provide loofas? You have a very nice voice - do explain your videos. Your music is very calming, but it is nice to hear you expalin. All the best from South America!

TUDaH RBaH (thank you very much, in Hebrew). // SHLM & HaB (peace & love). The Name of the Creator is Hayah Asher Hayah, as what He told Moshah (Exodus 3:14), preserved in the Hebrew Scriptures. There is a curse to the G-o-d name (Isaiah 65:11-12), preserved in the Hebrew Scriptures. All followers of the Messiah are to do the 7 appointed times (Leviticus 23), but no more animal sacrifices, following the Crucifixion of the Messiah. We are now of the order of MLK TSDQ (King, righteous), to Whom ABRaHM tithed. Ask the Messiah to be your personal Savior. He said to him, I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me (John 14:6). ...for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of Hayah (Romans 3:23). The wages for sin is death but the gift of ALaHYM is Everlasting Life through Messiah Yahushgh our Master (Romans 6:23). That if you confess with your mouth the Master Yahushgh and believe in your heart that ALaHYM raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved (Romans 10:9). He Himself is an Atoning Offering for our sins, and not for ours only but also for all the world (1 John 2:2).

Soap from the store is poison. Lye converts fat to soap through the soponificatiin reaction and is neutralized. If you get it on your skin, it will turn you into soap and burn you badly. So just use caution.
