Happy new year - 2024 -> 2025. Thank you so much for your helpful video. I had the same 9-3 SRS error code on a Honda civic 2005. Cleaning the contacts resolved the seat belt warning issue and fixed the SRS warning. For those who are simply re-setting SRS rather than fixing as shown in this video, the warning may come right back after the ECU times out on it's seatbelt check.

insted of using wire for repair just scrap all of the trace and solder it all. then put clear nailpolish no the trace. make shure to cover it well with that paint

This fix definitely works. I am very much an amateur with the solder gun but I was able to make the jumpers and it has worked now for several weeks. Thanks for putting the time together to do this video.

When I did it the way you talked about in the ladder part I reverted it back then I was able for the last two modes just to hit the AC button and it'll turn it off so that seems to work for the 2010 maybe there's a difference with the years or maybe I did it wrong but that's what I found it works best I reverted it back and I hit the AC button and I can turn it off with the defrost on

It is possible I may have did something wrong but basically what mine was doing okay on the face the face and the feet and the feet I could turn the AC on and off but then when I would turn on defrost it would the AC would be running whether the AC light was on or off

Okay I found actually by turning that on because I did do that on my car I did have an issue I reverted it back and now I'm able to turn on defroster in feet and defroster and then I just turned the air conditioner off and it blows regular hair with the AC off

Fixed my 03! Saved me $700+ here in Canada. Even if it comes on again it doesn't take long for the process. I too used a syringe to inject the cleaner into the red rubber seal causing it to swell then clean well, without losing the seal entirely. When resetting the light, I had to wait longer for the SRS to turn off each time.

October 2023 - I took this advice and it fixed my 2002 Honda Civic. Very easy to fix. I used a handheld scanner for the code and it came up Honda SRS 9-3. Thank you.

This fixed my issue as well. I was able to replace the relay like I have seen in other videos but that still gave F01 error. Adding that jumping cable did the trick. Thanks so much

Omg thank God for you and this video. The defrost would NEVER remove the fog from my window because the AC would stay on during defrost mode.

This worked for my honda civic 2005, he is such a savior. Dealership said the parts is out of stock for a long time to buy or change. And i was like Fck it, and spend 30 minutes at walmart to buy tools and 30 mins to follow his instruction. The hardest part was resetting the srs light, it took me 10 times to get those 2 beeps on the srs light.
