What part of the interaction between the officers and fishos was bad policing. They made sure that two fishos were legally fishing, and hopefully their interaction garnered two extra pairs of eyes to make life hard for those morons you see. Do you report illegal fishing???….

I wouldn't eat anything caught upstream from the Capt Cook bridge in the Georges River/Botany Bay system. Where do people think all the road runn-off, old car oil tipped down drains, and waste from the light industry at the head of Salt Pan creek goes? Even worse is people who fish the mouth of the Cooks river. They should take a pushbike ride up the track beside it to see what it really is from a few hundred meters upstream, a storm-water drain.

I actually like seeing the fisheries people go around , and I have no problem with checking my gear or licence etc , , I find around the marina warves etc and really anywhere there are always people trying to get away with undersize fish like the asians I see it all the time and people getting there bag limits take them home then come back and do it again and again especially at Nelson bay Marina when the black fish (ludric) are on , makes me sick these people, I also seen a boat come in at night no lights at all cray pots and crab pots no rego on the boat no lights looks very sketchy and it all happens around marinas you be surprised , I hope they get caught and have the book thrown at them, you guys where cool , all above board .👍
