Hey still not much info In changing street wheels to cloud wheels. I was able to figure out the pulley, but the belt was hard to research a replacement. I went with my best guess, but would love to see a video for how to properly chose the correct belt size for swapping to a new pulley, and gear

Start at the beginning. Bought this on Recomendation from a friend. Got it and had the most fun on a board in years…until I didn’t. Their warranty is 6 months. After that the deck broke. See pics. It broke at month 10. Tried emailing to customer service and they emailed “ Unfortunately you are out of the warranty for your board. Also, the warranty is only for craftsmanship error, which is unclear in this situation”. Basically I’m out a $500 board in less than a year. They would honor nothing, so I had to buy a new deck from them at $70 or be out $500. My beef is this…a $500 skate board should not break in under a year, I’m 5’10” 185 lbs. I use the board to run my dog and go to pickleball: that’s it. I am not an extreme rider. Their warranty being 6 months tells me they expect failures and thus are trying to cut costs by shortening their warranty. What also got me was in the above statement they said that it was unclear of a craftsmanship issue. Look at the pics yourself. You can clearly see where the deck broke at the narrowing of the board and where the screw holes penetrated the board for the trucks. At a week spot in the board. Needless to say their customer service team had the opportunity to make this right and they charged me extra for the part and on top of that I have to figure out how to swap the deck now. Buyer be warned. If you spend $500 on a skateboard it may break and if your outside your cheesy 6 month warrenty don’t expect to get any live from customer service.

Do you know if most Hub Shells are interchangeable with other brands? I have a Phoenix Ryder Electric Board and want to know if I can change just the Hub Shell and not the Whole Hub Motor?

Does the cement ruin the all-terrain Wheels?

I have a few questions with regards to water. I have a B10. I use it as a last 2 or 3 kilometer commuter so using it nearly every day. If its raining, can I do a trip home in the rain? I try an avoid rain or water but just wondering what your thoughts are about yeah riding it home if its raining. Secondly, if you recommend its not possible...I am wondering what more could I do to the surrounds of the battery, motor or components to make it water proof or up its ingress protection enough for a 2km trip home in rain. Is it just the battery I need to protect or also motor as well etc. Second question is I just replaced the drive belt after it had snapped and did notice a bit of dirt around the drive cog. How often should we service one of these, I guess every few months if its a daily commuter?
