Hey still not much info In changing street wheels to cloud wheels. I was able to figure out the pulley, but the belt was hard to research a replacement. I went with my best guess, but would love to see a video for how to properly chose the correct belt size for swapping to a new pulley, and gear

I changed my wheel and barring but the wheel with the belt is now making a noise what can it be ?

Hey, my board is under performing and the motor sounds weak. It can’t climb hills or reach max speeds

It could be a few different things. An old belt that is slipping can cause those symptoms, but the braking would also be weak (belt slipping when braking). Another thing to check is that you're still on HIGH speed mode ("H" light on remote should be lit, not "L"). If neither of those it could be a problem with your battery or motor in which case you should file a warranty claim on our website - www.atomlongboards.com/warranty. Even if it's not an actual warranty that's the best way for our customer service people to help you.

Is it possible to use another wheel? Or I should replace for a original one? I am asking because I just bought my b10 and I am going back to Brazil in December and I need to know if I have to bring some replacement parts. Thanks. The board is awesome!

So happy you're loving your board. For the drive wheel (the one powered by the motor) you really need to use the original spec. You can buy them online atomlongboards.com - www.atomlongboards.com/parts/b-series-electric-longboard-wheel-80mm-1 . To get the most life out of your wheels you can rotate them around like you would on a car. The drive wheel wears down faster than the others.

Hey man I'm having problems with the belt plate it's wobling about half an inch, I've taken the wheel apart but I can't get the plate off to see if there's something wrong with it. Got the belt drive set up from diy skateboards.

Nice video! I am thinking to buy a carver CX and install it in a Atom Electric B10 Skateboard. Do you think it is gonna work well? My main concern is the fact that I can only replace the front truck because the rear one is connected to the eletric/motor system.

Sounds like a great idea. The front truck is the most important one with respect to the Carver trucks. That's where you get that super surfy feel. Not so important in the back. In fact, keeping the existing back truck will be better for stability. Sounds like a sick set-up. Send us a some pics and feedback when it's done.

Thank you very much for your response! That is exactly what I was thinking, but I do not have experience with skateboards. Really good to have your opinion. Yesterday I thought that the battery location might be a problem considering that the carver truck rotate much more than a usual truck, so it might hit/touch the battery when carving. But I guess it is a matter of adjusting the truck in order to avoid that.

Just bought my Skateborad B10. But I should have bought a belt with it.

My belt just broke today haha, I think that was the problem with mine, not the motor
