Hello, we are the production team of the new variety show 'Rented In Finland', airing on tvN, a South Korean television network. The show was filmed this summer and features popular Korean actors such as Cha Eun-woo, Kwak Dong-yeon, Lee Je-hoon, and Lee Dong-hwi. Good question! I say that's up to you. As a starter it could be less than a minute but some people go several minutes. There are some great resources out there including Wim Hof techniques. Good luck and let me know if you give it a try sometime!

@@EricksonFamily Did it for a little over 3 minutes yesterday. I was suprised how much deep breathing and listening to soothing music helped me negate the cold mentally. I don't know how to describe it. After a while my body felt some type of inner warmth? Like my temp went from cold to numb to warm. Is this normal? I stayed completely conscious. I do it twice a day. I'm an aspiring fighter so everyday at 3am I do a plunge.

truly a masterclass skill on display really amazed by the artist not being pressured like I also do realism portraits but Im really not comfortable when a person is watching me while I do my work it's a very hard to explain feeling.

Yes. There are some shallow areas. It's Texas so you might want to see about the water levels because it could be high and fast or slow with lots of stagnant water.

This week, in Austin, Texas, it is a scary movie for some. We have snow and cold and many don't have water or power thanks to frozen pipes and overuse of electricity.
