Any tips for making a fluffy omelet? The bottom layer stuck to the pan, and when I folded it, it didn't look as cooked as in the video, even though I let it sit longer. 🥺 What can I do differently?

Tried the recipe, rlly delicious !! But beating the whites by hand took foreverrrrrr 😢 should just use the electric blender for that … and when you put a lid on, the omelette just gets bigger 😆😆
