Super Fluffy Egg Mayo Sandwich Recipe :: Melts In Your Mouth

This is the most fluffy and soft egg sandwich I've ever eaten
This egg mayo sandwich is great for snacks, breakfast, and picnics!
❖ Ingredients (mold size : 15.5 x 7.5 x 6.5 cm)
- 4 slices of white bread
- 6 eggs
- 2-3 tbsp +1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- black pepper
❖ Tip
1. It is much easier to peel the egg if you put it in cold water as soon as it is fully cooked
3. It's less soft, but you can make it by just mashing the egg whites and yolks
4. If the egg mayonnaise mixture is dry, you can add about 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
5. You can keep the leftover sandwiches moist by sealing them with cling wrap and storing them in the refrigerator

Just followed this recipe exactly as they made it. oh my GOD it actually MELTS in your mouth.i had VERY mixed feelings about the sugar but once I tried it i actually love the slight sweetness it gave, I also added garlic and onion powder, paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper. It’s PERFECT. And yes 6 eggs is a lot but it’s not that much egg mixture that you actually get. It’s enough for 2 full sandwiches and a half of sandwich. It’s also VERY filling too. I can barely finish this sandwich and I haven’t eaten ALL DAY (11pm rn). Highly recommend

I tried this recipe and I loved the richness....When I made it again, I tweaked it up by adding finely sliced up carrots nd cabbage to the mixture and also slighty toasted the sandwich with butter and it was really delicious too

Anyone who is going to attempt to make this recipe, you can make it easier on your wrist by chopping up the egg whites as finely as you can first, then you can press them through the wire mesh much more easily. I don't eat egg sandwiches any other way because of this recipe.

Using a potato ricer or food mill would be easier and less time consuming than using a sieve. That said, this is the best egg sandwich video I’ve seen on YT. 👏👏👏

when i need to make a big batch of egg salad i use the meat grinder attachment with my kitchenaid stand mixer with the fine grind plates installed. you can grind 2 dozen eggs in less than 5 minutes this way and they turn out just like the ones that were run through the seive. grind directly into the mixer bowl then use the mixer to mix in the mayo and seasonings, etc. i like onion in my egg salad so i grind up the onion along with the eggs.

I use a potato ricer to make my eggs fine like that sometimes. I don't add sugar, just a little salt and mustard with the mayo. But yours looks a bit dry to me. I hope you ate the sides.

Blender the eggs and mayonesse or cream cheese. The blend will have a texture of cream egg. Taste very delicious. Better than hand press egg mayo (club egg)

My chunky Canadian Egg salad Sandwich 💋 8 fresh eggs (poke small hole in narrow end with pin won't crack and loose whites) bring 3liters lightly salted water to rapid boil eggs in cover bring back to boil /then boil uncoverd 13 min rinse well cold water peel put in fridge 15 min nice and cool! mix 1 tbl spoon real Mayo &1tsb spoon hotdog or hamburger relish take your egg slicer cut rotate cut , add slowley mix add salt/pepper relish to taste but gentle do not to break eggs to much 2 green onions thinly sliced (including white part ) adjust texture to your liking I like my salad firm and chunky lightly toast your favrote bread little butter (optional) egg salad both sides add a slice of real ( not processed ) cheddar / Swiss cheese in the middle slice Diagonally serve with a bowl of Tomato soup / Tomato Rice soup or chicken noodle soup and a big glass of cold milk a wedge of garden tomato & garden pickle your Grandkids will ❤💕 you Fall / winter Substitute milk with hot COCO and warm Apple pie slice
