I was able to find some cnc files and have completed two Les Paul guitars for my son and myself with some help by a friend with a cnc machine. Good luck with your side business and I know there is a lot of work in putting these files together.

Hi, what software do you use to generate the cutting paths? Is it not possible to generate a ramp cutting path for the neck pocket without using the jig?

I know it's been a while since you posted this, but I was wondering if you went back and hand chiseled out the pickup selector switch the way the Bartlett plans suggest? I am looking into the CNC game and wondering how close you were able to follow the plans with the machine and how much you ended up having to do by hand.
