Poker Chip Trays Made With My Home CNC Router

I'm making some custom chip trays for my Blue Chip Customs. I measured the diameter of several chips and got an average of the diameter. I then used BobCAD to design the trays and made them a few thousandths oversize to allow for variance.

These can be done much faster and just as accurate on a drill press.

Yep! I will be using a 1 3/4" Forstner Drill Bit on my Drill Press to make my 43mm Poker Chip Trays.
