Look at trustpilot reviews. The PHSO is failing the people. They are governed by dinosaur laws that give them such a wide scope of discretion, they can do whatever they want and get away with it. The PHSO NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. THEY ARE CRIMINALS. THEY ARE PAID FOR BY THE TAX PAYER AND DO NOTHING BUT CAUSE TAX PAYERS SEVERE STRESS AND PTSD.

I have raised several complaints against NHS and Social Services recently. Let’s explain. I am a former nurse, foreign, mother of two adult children, both at university, doing very well, no drink, no smoking, I am very proud of both, they are kind, smart and I receive every day a ‘Mom I love you.’ Raised both alone after their father passed, had traumatic events in my life but never, never, never had problems at all. However, my nightmare started when I decided to move to the UK, the landlord frauded me, my boss drugged me. Social Services come just to make our life worse, telling me I need work, I found the job but not good because my children (17/15) are alone at home. A complete no sense. They want me to engage with them and skip my work to go to their meeting, terrible and insane behaviours. In 2017, while inpatient at NHS hospital I was sexually by a nurse (he is in jail), I started having anxiety to go to the hospital and I don’t trust health professionals, this is why I voice recording every consultation. So, I got pregnant in 2020 and the midwife did a referral with the wrong diagnosis, a false allegation of domestic violence, NHS GP falsifying medical records of me and my daughter to provide social services, mental health conspiring to not give my records, social works bulling my family, raising voices at my home, false allegations of drugs and alcohol. The organization gave details of my case without consent. Social services refused to give my records. I have all well-dated in voice recording and physical evidence for every single lie they did against all members of my family. After all this, my last hope was the PHSO but It’s come to my attention that the PHSO is corrupted too, the investigator is refusing to recognize that the doctor falsified reports and second they tried to dismiss a case with lies. I believe from my experience with them that they work in favour of NHS and SS if they find a little gap to dismiss our case they do. They are not impartial at all. Initially, Was my last hope and I was depositing confidence in PHSO and LGSCO would help me and investigate fairly, I voice recorded all my telephone calls with social services, every single meeting consultation, everything is on recordings. I gathered evidence for every single lie they did against my family to illegally justify they take my baby to forced adoption at birth. The system in UK was made to you lose, and the injustice being served in gold plate. Most of the videos on KZbin have disactivate comments on!

Oliver! On behalf of the PHSO; do you stand by the comments that you've made here under the principles of The Data Protection Act or The Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act ? I ask this because I genuinely wish that my 134 issues of maladministration had been managed without prejudice! fiona watts @magnacarta300

If patients (or next of kin as in this case) are not willing to wait for the medical discharge summary to be completed and/or if they take their own discharge, then the vital medications prescribed on this summary are unable to be dispensed for patients to take home. It is a shame the family were so unhappy that they couldn't wait for the formal discharge process, especially at a bank holiday weekend when there is only minimal doctors on call in most hospitals and are therefore very busy indeed.

This video suggests there was poor communication to the niece in New Zealand. The problem here is It is often impossible to verify someone's identity over the phone without setting up something like a prior password (in person), or allowing a competent patient to verify the identity of the person on the phone . To prevent a breach of the patients confidentiality and also the data protection act, no clinical information would therefore be allowed to be given over the phone without verification.
